Clean Eating Pasta Salad

What you will need:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
8 oz whole grain penne pasta
4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese cut into cubes
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to directions
2. Let pasta cool
3. Mix olive oil and lemon juice and soak tomatoes in mixture for 15 minutes
4. Combine all ingredients and serve cold
